Lookman lost possession repeatedly and selected wrong pass several times. Similar on Wednesday, although I thought he was hard done by with refereeing decisions in the Spurs game.

Hamza yes was out of position but 2nd half gave the ball away a lot, yes he retrieved it a few times but was scarey at times
Never satisfied!! Hamza was outstanding.

Wow!
Even though you support neither……and probably hate both…..you can still enjoy it!

Rodger’s is insulting to Albrighton

I loathe all the falling over and theatricals. Pathetic.

I was at the 4- 3 win at Birmingham. What a game! Jimmy Bloomfield set us up to play in similar formation to what he’d seen from the Dutch in that summer’s World Cup. Rofe, Weller and Wortho (2). One of my all time favourite games. Unfortunately we didn’t persist with the formation. I read later that some of the players struggled to sustain the level of running and energy required.

Absolute lightweight. End of.

Perez is so lightweight!

I'd have Albrighton ahead of Ricardo at the moment.
Foxes to win 2-0....Perez and Ricardo!

Marc Albrighton was excellent playing centrally last week when he came on against whu. Find it hard to see Perez as a better option.

If they think they are too good to follow the rules they can work a nightshift with me if they like. I have just nursed a child with covid in full PPE for 10 hours. I'll find them something to do if they like. I'm really cross about this and thought better of them. This game today was on them and I have lost all respect for them.
THIS
They can all leave the club now as far as I care. Don’t want to see any of them in the team ever again. They have a f...ing party with their mates every day of the week in training when most others are isolated, lonely, struggling. Disgusted.

They are nothing without Grealish.
If grealish moves on this summer, Villa could well be stuffed. Classic example of one man team!

I went to this game. Unbelievable having multiple players from Leicester. And a goal from Frank.
Seem to remember the referee was Argentine! A few dodgy decisions and from 2-0 it was 2-2!

I remember when Joe Mercer was questioned on his selections he said Weller plays like a Brazilian.

Like everyone else chipping in here with memories and clips from bygone days, I’ve spent more than a few quiet moments thinking back to the Jimmy Bloomfield era, the part that Frank played in that time, and the amazing talent we were privileged to watch.
One of my all time favourite games was a Tuesday night game away at Birmingham, 20th August, 1974. We were in our seats by the players’ tunnel early enough to see the lads wander out in their civvies for a look around. The gasp of amazement from my friend Mick as Wortho walked out in black flares and I think a black tank top with a big round picture of Elvis on the front attracted the great man’s attention and for a few seconds he looked at us, I think to make sure we weren’t taking the ****.
The game finished 4-3 to us with the most exhilarating exhibition of football I can ever remember. Rofe, Weller and two from Frank. What a performance.
The story as I remember it was that JB had watched and marvelled at some of the incredible football played by the Dutch in that summer’s World Cup tournament, unlucky to lose out to West Germany in the final. He decided to set Leicester up in similar formation, looking for fast, free flowing football, which he certainly achieved in that game, with a sort of pyramid formation. However the formation didn’t last, but the renown and standing of all those players from the Bloomfield era and especially Frank Worthington, certainly did.
Rest in peace Big Frank

I’m so happy that ManU funded our move up to the “next level” when they signed Big Harry, released Soyunçu and enabled us to sign our Belgian wizards. I LOVE IT! COYF

Seventy years old. Lifelong supporter.
Was as excited before the game tonight as I was at my first ever visit to Filbert Street, 23rd March 1963 2-2 draw against Spurs.
Watched the game tonight - without the sound after about 10 minutes because I was worried for my health and sanity. (Most commentators wind me up.)
I enjoyed the rest of the game! (Steered clear of FT!) Was desperate for Hamza to do well after his mistake. Kasper kept us in it. We were a threat throughout (almost). We could have won it. Little Wes looked fantastic when he came on. Amazing strike from Kelechi. Could not ask more from these boys. Get behind ALL of our players.
Next up Brighton COYF

Week off after tomorrow though.
Pretty much every game we have for the next 2-3 weeks sees us play a team with less fixture congestion.
Play Burnley away 18.00 Wednesday.

Absolute farce. How some referees continue to get games is a joke. The standard of refereeing has to be at an all time low.
