Well that’s it! After being a working man for the past 50 years it’s my last working day tomorrow. A week to chill and then it’s adventure time. Singapore, New Zealand both Islands, Australia and back via Bali. Can’t wait, bring it on.

Nuffield on Abbey Lane run a free pain management course. 12 weeks , full use of facilities and twice weekly organised assistance in reducing pain. Further 12 weeks free of charge with full use of facilities. Reduced full membership at £25 after the 24 weeks.

Went on opening night, and sat towards the back and really struggled to hear what the "actors" were saying. Ready to leave at the interval but my other half asked one of the ushers if we could move nearer the front which we did. Slightly better hearing what was said. I enjoyed the second half performance better but wouldn't rush to recommend it.

Just returned from a three week tour of Japan. People are so friendly and helpful.Yen v Pound means not expensive at the moment and we brought money back with us. If possible go when the Cherry Blossom is out.

4 weeks to go before we fly to Japan for our Cherry Blossom retirement cruise. Apparently Japan is seeing temperatures of 25 degrees so by the time we go the best of the bloom will be over. Dissapointing 😩

Owner of a Volvo XC40 brought brand new this year. Don't need to touch the screen, as voice commands do everything from turning on the heated seats to changing the radio station.

Just completed a 12 week course at Nuffield Health to combat pain. 12 weeks twice a week session with a consultant all free including gym membership. This is followed by a further 12 week free membership of the gym. So full access to the gym and pool for 24 weeks without any cost. Reduced membership rates available after the 24 weeks.
