@Union FS is this something that has been spoken about ? or something that you will actively peruse. I've been to fan groups before about moving you guys to a more prominent area which obviously hasn't happened. This could be a great chance to move with so many people having to relocate, Hopefully not to the Kop and if it is more centrally would be best as so much noise is lost down the current vomitory.

Update from the fans committee meeting, Link also attached to all notes : Stadium Development: • S106 terms will soon be agreed and ratified by the Club and council. Once the S106 is signed, the Club will have outline planning permission approved to commence with the project within a five year timeframe. • The Club is still committed to the development, but timing will be crucial. Additional land (EON) was acquired post planning application, which now needs to be integrated in the plan. Divisional status is not an exclusive consideration, but Premier League status is evidently healthier for the business model. • Member raised a question that should the Club gain promotion to the PL and building works start, but then suffer another relegation, what would happen to the progression of the development? The Club confirmed that the commencement of development work would be underpinned by a business plan that would take risk factors into consideration, making it unlikely that development would be affected by circumstances changing mid-project. • Members asked if an update on development status could be shared on the Club’s communication channels – even if this is minimal. Regardless of relegation it will still happen with it being a long term project, But does anyone have any updates on this or heard anything, its gone very quiet...

They secured a £100M+ load for the project didn't they ?

Does anyone in the know have any more updates or information? Its gone very quiet. They wont be holding back due to on the field results as this will be seen as a different project and already have the money secured.

Soooo... Actually any relevant news for a change

Id imagine they have already , i know the original plans didn't include this as it wasn't for sale for a few years. Maybe that's why we have another delay with plans changing to incorporate this area?

Just what ive heard from people that could be working on the project. Among other things

@Billynomates Any new news since your last update? From what I've heard it will be starting after next season, and in the close season this year they will be putting in concrete for a crane base when laying the new pitch.

If we go off that then, i wonder if we will expect to actually see something this year then and not next year like previously stated?

Do you think were likely to see any official announcement yet? even if its been moved another year, i cant help but feel its a wasted opportunity to get on with it this year! I wonder if they could still maybe move this year if they get things sorted...

Hopefully we do hear or see something from the club soon. Even if it is a year away im surprised we haven't given how other clubs like Fulham/Liverpool let theirs out ages before work started.

So with the thinking of a start next year, do you think we will start to hear things or see designs from the club soon?

Hopefully that not the case and its just delayed, would be good for them to start in the close season. Or atleast show some plans...
