Leeds don’t need to score as much because they have the best defence in the league, they’ve conceded 3 goals in 2024. Southampton score a lot but concede a lot too (comparatively speaking). I think they’re out of the race for automatics now. 10 games in 36 days is brutal.

Eh? Southampton have a ridiculously congested fixture list and play three top 6 sides (all away) while Leeds play 1 and Ipswich play none. Southampton are totally screwed. I say us and Leeds top 2, probably both around 100 points Ipswich’s leaky defence will hurt them.

Probably their worst performance since before Christmas tbf - yet they still won with a clean sheet. Not sure you can count on them being that poor when they play us. They also beat us when they were a much worse team than they currently are. 1 goal conceded in 8 games says it all. They’re the strongest team in the league defensively right now.
