They now need to reduce the hospitality prices, which remained at PL level for the Championship and if followed into this season will be significantly higher than other L1 teams.
-
No doubt the suggestion that season tickets have all sold given that hundreds appeared available when i looked 2 days ago will be followed by an announcement that the 5000/1 match has been sold out! When it would appear that less than 10% of tickets have been sold despite a number of stands being closed. Perhaps also that there is a waiting list for their superb value hospitality offering where you can enjoy a buffet lunch, programme, padded seat and possibly a visit from an ex player (if available) for only £300 ! Well worth the extra £275 on top of the ticket price of £25.

Poor substitutions both timing and choice. Ditching young players who would at least have energy ( something that all the stats reveal that the established players are dreadful at) A complete failure to look at changes in formation and oh so repetitive boring interviews. He might as well leave after Tuesday.

City’s season ticket prices are a nonsense for league 1. Looking at the equivalent of central J2 seating for other league 1 teams, city’s prices for Seniors work out at £26.50 per match whereas Bolton is under £14 and Peterborough £16!

A father believing and probably hoping against his own better judgement that his son was both competent and intelligent.

I’ve had a quick look at league 1 season tickets. It’s fair to say there is a bit of a gap. Bolton who incidentally have a decent chance of promotion to the championship charge £449 for seats equivalent to J2 (central upper) city £772!!! Bromley who we will be playing next year offer hospitality package of sit down meal, premium seat a pint for £85. City £206-360 Lowest end a buffet plus paid bar not even a pint. I gave up my season ticket last season and supported Harborough Town ever since which I’ve really enjoyed. Quality honest football and the 3rd promotion in 5 years. ‘Up the bees’

Any protest should be kept as simple and affective as possible - any supporter with a printer can print in large letter ‘OUT’ on a A4 sheet and hold it up.
OUT the incompetent Rudkin who has brought us down to this sorry state, OUT to Glover whose recruitment has been so so poor throughout his tenure , and above all OUT to TOP AND KP who through naive incompetence have allowed such negligence to continue unchecked.
Alas next season in league 1 it will mean out for so many dedicated staff with the collapse of attendance- hospitality, sales, merchandise, stewards and so on.

Rudkin was and still is in charge of recruitment - players/managers, coaches, recruitment team, wages, contracts and which players are sold and when. Basically team performance where it counts - on the pitch. He has made an enormous number of mistakes. Nevertheless he can argue, whilst patting his puppet master, Top, on the head, that it’s unfair to blame him as nasty Susan is to blame as she let him make the mistakes.Given Top’s questionable management skills which have led to the effective demolition of his fathers legacy, both sporting and the KP business, such an argument sounds plausible. So off with her head!
She was forced out. Had she resigned and worked her compulsory, probably 3-6 months notice (typical for a CEO), LCFC could at least have someone lined up to arrange a seamless hand over. No CEO is likely to be appointed as this could challenge Rudkin’s position. His power grab is now complete and he will continue to pull Top’s strings as CEO.
If this faltering team, financial dire straits and points deduction re not enough to worry about, 11 of the 19/20 first team players (excluding the youths who have hardly kicked a ball in the first team) are out of contract next summer.

Normal service resumed - embarrassed as we were last season.

This is a really sad thread. From Top to bottom the management of our beloved club has really really let us as down as well as showing fans utter contempt.
-
Have had my season tickets in J2 since the stadium opened but this management has throttled the life out of our enjoyment and commitment to the club. I’ve not renewed, long since found better things to do on match days. May spend next season enjoying supporting our local club Harborough Town.

Reasons to be cheerful?
1. A talentless team that makes no effort
2. An inexperienced manager well out of his depth who has run out of credible excuses and options
3 A blinkered board run by the puppet master and the puppet (and we know who is the puppet master)
4. The missing remainder of the board who couldn’t carry out a review of their underwear draw let alone the failure of the club.
5. Apathy amongst the fans to the extent they are now beyond complaining.
-
Apparently RVM was Top’s choice. His failure in management has led to a complete disengagement with both the teams and the fans. Perhaps best to introduce another more competent member of the family.
-
Only still here for big pay off. Probably has an early holiday planned hence his team selection/subs
-
When he left PSV it is reported that he fell out with the coaching staff and some of the players. So hopefully this is a good omen? perhaps they voiced there concern over his abilities?

A good manager recognises weaknesses in their team and makes effective changes - Sterling. A poor manager fails to notice those weaknesses until it’s far too late - Reid

Hopefully the Rudkin/Glover combo can prove the doubters wrong and at 10,30 pm tomorrow night pull off another last minute ‘Edouard’ transfer! On the other hand best to lock both up until after 11pm and save the few pennies they have not flittered away for the summer championship rebuild.
-
King Power as a company was no doubt built on Business nouse and sharp, sometimes ruthless decisions. Top (at least for LCFC) appears to operate on auto pilot . Perhaps there are others in the family who can effectively take over his father’s legacy and have the strength to rebuild this tired and ineffective management.

Today RVN was “ concentrating on the present squad” after previously stating he had been assured of transfer funds in the January window. Rodger’s ‘ we need a refresh” which translated due to lack of transfer investment to “ refresh of the minds” Maresca unable to bring in low cost midfielder last January due to lack of funds - Whilst managers may have a restrictive covenants in their contracts, fans are not stupid, time after time both managers and fans have been misled. The board say nothing but our managers over recent years expose the incompetence and weaknessof the senior management running our club.

Never has a team in recent memory performed so far from the ethos of ‘foxes never quit’. After 10 minutes they capitulated to being mauled by a three legged tiger that couldn’t believe its luck.

We have been struggling for consistency all season. Well done Cooper you achieved it today, we were hopeless and never looked like scoring for the whole 96 minutes against a bang average United side who would have been turned over by anyone decent.
-
Do we seriously have a set piece coach? Every free attacking free kick or corner were laughable. Never beat the first defender.

To hope Daka makes a speedy recovery says it all. Edouard was so surprised by a ball coming anywhere near him he couldn’t react, let alone make himself available. On his showing so far he may well make city’s top 10 worst centre forward.

Utter garbage at making tactical substitutions

I think this lead has cooled. PL teams take 3-4 days to rap up a manager deal. It’s now been several days, I bet Martin is considering better deals ( or hopefully holding out for one)
