Made me look a fool Not for tge first time. Not for the first time today lol. Awful shot

He will do fine

Ruan de Swardt in as overseas. He is a good all-rounder saw a bit of him in South Africa. Would improve us if ww could get him long term. He bats well, can go through the gears and a decent seamer. Top fielder. Could have done with hom a few months ago. Now ive said all this will be hopeless. But I do know that he can play. Saw him play a bit in the Autumn for North West. See what you all think. Not sure how old but under 30 od think

Not sure we should have moaned about Richard Rae. Thought the old boy from Essex had died on air about 10 mins ago. Like listening to tiur grandad pissed at Christmas.
-
Rumours that Joey Evison might be returning to Leicester on loan from Kent.
-
Hopefully a decent score. We will see. Not sure why our batsmen are all out Chris Gale or Chris Tavere. Something between be great. Thought we lost momentum with Tattershall and Holland. Game just went nowhere for an hour. Feel Holland is to high in the order. First hour tomorrow massive get in amongst them and who knows.
-
Got a good technique with the bat set up well. Think he is a decent bowler in the right conditions. Not sure spring in the uk are those conditions though.
-
Probably but still bat first. Well I would. Pretty much always.
-
Why bowl first? Surely slim chance of winning be Patel on last day? Plus it will be a road. Dont get it. Be confident and bat first. But a big score on the board.
-
Great side. Some real quality. Chris Lewis waa so talented. I played against him about 5 years ago in Kent. Played for Roebucks. Now coaches a team call Minster in the Kent Prem. Good side. Masters also played their.

Leicestershire sign NZ captain for blast says on Twitter. But I dont know who the NZ captain is tbh Nick Kelly i think.
-
I dint think anyone except a prime Murali would be spinning anyone to victory on that surface. Just devoid of any life whatsoever. Well batted though. Teams impressive. Best team weve had since the 90s early 2000s.
-
Saw a bit of the 2s. Pitch looks white. Its only April Perhaps hoping they get some turn in the next few weeks. Tattershall played well in what I saw. As did Gumbs. Not sure if has left Surrey but often plays in our 2s. But its a tough surface for bowlers. As I say white almost no grass
-
Yep. Lets be positive. Great stuff. Still baffled by bowling first. But still. Two attacking spinners surely you want the oppo batting last. Holland still not a number 3
-
The Surrey bowlers no quicker according to that gun and I know Lawes is not a 78 80 mph bowler. Good display overall. Ahmed with a poor shot. Patel brilliant. So elegant.
-
Yeah defo wasnt working as it should. Didnt think today was a complete disaster. More control than last week. Obviously a fantastic side Surrey. Best some test sides. Competed just about. Nobody got hammered.

Saw Hull bowling looked ok, full pelt so he will come in.. Alex Green Crutches so not good. Patel will be in next game. Davey said it wasnt bad but who.knows. Mike is always either injured or just coming back from injury. So next game Hull and Patel for Wood and Singh. I dont see Holland as a number 3 tbh and id rather have Budinger ( i know he is hit or miss than Hill) Hill looks like he is still in hibernation get him some cricket in the 2s etc. Budinger Weatherald Patel Ahmed Eskanasi Cox Holland Green Scriven Patel Hull Ideally Davey for Scriven if fit
-
Bit early to say but not a great start is it. Bowled a few decent balls. Ive seen him play before I mean he is a league bowler normally. If the Aussie could catch be well on top.
-
So thats my only prediction in the bag got it in early.
-
Yeah. No mention
-
Got a hunch they may play Singh. If they go with only four seamers need them fit. Or could play 5 and drop Budinger. Not saying I would. But risky playing just 4 bowlers when Holland and Wood are such good bats. Patel Weatherald Ahmed Hill Eskanazi Holland Cox Wood Green Scriven Singh
-
Agreed. Deserves a chance.
-
So they may well play Singh then, Scriven, Holland and Ben Green. If Hull, Mike, Davey and Alex Green injured. Could play Wood? Obviously really dont fancy Walker if being netting and still not offered him a few weeks.
-
Think Alex Green has the most potential from what ive seen. If he can avoid injury. Good height and can bowl mid 80s. The Others are just struggling to kick on. Hull seems to be still at that potential stage and Mike is just always injured. Should be the finished article at his age. Alex Green I think has a bit more about him. Id like to see him play regularly in front of some of the Others. When fit.
-
Hull and Alex Green not far behind.
