Taibi is surely the most notable “worst goalkeeper” in premier league history. Although I’m sure they’ll be some randoms who Have had nightmares and luckily the clubs didn’t play them repeatably! 

Definitely a worse shot-stopper than Ward.

Bazunu set the Premier League record for the worst -xG ever recorded in the PL and was well on his way to repeating the feat in the Championship before getting injured. The difference? Bazunu can at least play with his feet, like a midfielder in goal. Ward, meanwhile, doesn’t have a single redeeming attribute.

If you're O'Neil and you see the opposition is fielding Danny Ward, you instruct your players to shoot at will.

To be fair, no club has been cursed by refs quite like Wolves the last couple of seasons. Yesterday summed it up: a goal from a corner that wasn’t even a corner and a blatant penalty ignored while VAR went for a tea break.

When Toney was banned, everyone said Brentford wouldn't score goals, but they ended up scoring even more without him. Rather than having a fixed style, he's a master of adaptation, he tailors each match tactically to exploit opposition weaknesses, more than any other manager in the league.

 

Just a masterful tactician with seemingly great man management too. Would love to see him managing us one day.

From what I've watched of them they seem to play a high-risk/high-reward style of footy, it's very entertaining to watch, which probably explains why they've scored and conceded so many early goals.

To be fair to him, he clearly didn't want to leave, but it was the best for the club.
