Yes and also I think there’s different rules around under 18s vs over 18s (might be wrong) A ****ing awful thing to have happened, a few friends were reasonably close by and I have such fond memories of being on the streets for our title celebration and how happy everybody was and just horrific to think that someone would do something like this at an event of such collective joy. I totally understand why not submitting accounts is punished as non-cooperation (seems utterly stupid that we didn’t) but if you challenge something, win and then win the appeal I cannot see how that is the club in the wrong personally so I’m not sure why that is deemed relevant to this idea of an aggravated breach. Seems absurd! It seems like we should get punished, and the club deserves it to a large extent but 12+ points seems to me a pretty clear indication that the rules are no longer about the sustainability of clubs at all.

For what it is worth, does seem unlikely we can take the points deduction this year. Feels as if we should have just taken our medicine and tried to move on
