Alex Neil has just done a brilliant job in getting that Millwall team well drilled, I think the nerves got to them last night and the Coburn injury unsettled them too. But they're a well managed outfit.

I was just about to post something similar!

The amount of players that they managed to get into our box when attacking was very impressive.

  2. One word needed...boring.

I wish we'd actually attack when we have the chance to.

I get we have a squad that's more suited to possession based football but come on! We have nothing to play for. Just go all out for one game.

  3. Starting Winks has left me stunned.

Even more so than bringing him on as a sub the other night.

The bloke doesn't want to be here!!!! FFS

Tonight's line up should've involved as many of the academy lads as possible!

    Can't be Andy King.

Been in the ear of every manager thats failed and when he got his opportunity,  he just replicated the exact same weak tactics that his predecessors did.

Legend as a player, but absolutely stealing a living being any part of the first team coaching set up.

I think King really let himself down when he stepped in as interim manager.

It was a chance for him to come in and really throw caution to the wind. It was basically a free hit and he bottled it massively.

    Lazy Team who don’t give a ****!

9th minute and Fatawu breaks into Hulls half – who is breaking their neck to support – NOONE, they are scrolling up as if they were wondering around a train station wasting time because their train is delayed

14th minute – Hull break and their players rush forward as again we scroll back uninterested

Their Goal is a lazy pass by Begovic and Lascalles doesn’t even both to prevent the shot

Then the rest of the first Half was just a team that don’t care – Hull were the only team playing!
We woke up for a little bit, but realistically if you had to say was it closer to a 2-0 or a 1-1 half -you would say 2-0

It's not a performance I'd expect from a team fighting for survival.

They know that it is a must win to stand even the slightest glimmer of hope of staying up.

I was only half paying attention to his interview after the game so can't remember the exact quote but he said something to the effect of it being the same story as the last few games, same patterns, same problems - no ****ing shit. He neglects to ever do anything differently and then seems confused when the outcomes don't change either. "We've tried nothing and we're all out of ideas!"

People want the players to get raked over the coals which I get but I don't think it's ever a particularly good idea for managers to do it in public, and to me the stuff he's been coming out with recently comes across less as frank honesty aimed to motivate and more as him trying to absolve himself of any responsibility. Yeah the squad probably isn't equipped for a relegation battle but that's the position we're in and unfortunately it is actually your job to come up with a way of getting us out of it.

I remember RVN doing exactly the same last season.

It's infuriating when they constantly pick the same players.

  7. I don't think the scoreline comes as a surprise to anyone!

If a team hasn't scored in 15 games you can guarantee that they'll score against us.

Wednesday have not won in ages and i can almost guarantee they'll win today.

We lack players with any fight.

Albrighton hit the nail on the head when he said that we have lads currently playing week in and out in a relegation scrap but they haven't wanted to be at the club for a long time.

  8. It's a bit weird that Enzo turns up to watch a our match with his two assistants and the new technical director.

I have seen posts on twitter assuming that it was to watch Mukasa but for me that makes no sense at all.

Why would he sit with our new technical director if that is what he was here for? :dunno:

I may be making this up but I am fairly certain that when Gary Rowett was asked about the Leicester job prior to taking on the role he answered with something about us being really ambitious and at the time we were linked with Southgate..

I could be well off the mark but maybe Rowett has been tasked with keeping us up and then in the summer he will leave paving the way for Maresca to return only this time he'll be given full control of everything :fc:

  9. Scraping the barrel but our options are limited by how the club is currently ran. :dunno:

Every man and his dog knows that it is a sh*t show at present.

Any decent manager with a bit of common sense would give us a wide berth.

Heading for a 3rd relegation after breaking the rules and he couldn’t even apologise to the fans in those interviews he did (unless I missed it)

The most concerning thing for me is that despite all of the businesses that he owns he couldn't pin point how things went wrong in our relegation season.

I thought it was glaringly obvious.

  11. 100%

The squad contains a large portion of the players that went down without a fight from the Premier League.

They were a spineless bunch of pricks then and they are a spineless bunch of pricks now.

We've also got a number of players in on loan and they will not give a sh*t either as they'll just return to their parent clubs at the end of the season.

    We are ****ed.

Last season we had no striker (when Vardy was missing) and we knew all summer that it was a position that needed reinforcements. Yet here we are with 14 games left of the season and we still have no decent striker at the club.

    It is unforgivable.

The club is being run into the ground.
