He simply has to go now. It's awful to watch and the players look clueless.
I've never known a manager to be so reliant on using his wingers to beat an opponent! At times all we look to do is play the ball out wide.
-
He is not convincing in the slightest when he comes to claim crosses.

Someone at the club needs to sack him asap.
-
I said during pre-season that I'd love him here if he can get himself fit!
A Michail Antonio at 75% fit is better than any of our current striker options.

I just think we need to not appoint a “philosopher” just someone who adapts to the players and situations.
Warnock is the man

It feels like RVN all over again! Everyone can see that we are shocking with no real structure yet week in week out we underperform and nothing changes.
Get Marti gone asap to give ourselves the best outside chance of reaching the play offs.
-
He needs to go regardless of the result today. The football is honking.
I see more creativity from my U12's
-
If someone could kindly send me a link to the game it would be greatly appreciated

When we are in possession our play looks far too scripted.
It's almost like Marti spends all of his time on the training ground working on patterns of play and it just makes us so predictable and easy to defend against.
The players need to play with more freedom.
-
If James gets hooked at HT then Marti can **** off
-
Shocking.
No creativity and we may as well be playing without a centre forward!
Get Mavididi upfront and playing off of the shoulder of the CB.
Caranza needs to come off asap.

C’mon Citeh!
Jake Evans and Louis Page are in Qatar :
he’ll start to join the group.”and , on the other hand, have been selected for England’s FIFA U17 World Cup campaign and have travelled with the Young Lions to Qatar.“They have already travelled with the team,” Cifuentes added. “It’s very good news for them and for the Club to have such promising young players playing in the World Cup.“I’m very glad for them. I’m sure it’s a great experience for them. Hopefully they have a good level and good minutes and I’m sure, in the long term, it’s going to be very good for us.”
That bench is honking.
Not one player on it that I would class as a game changer (for the right reasons).

Regardless of how good some of the individuals in our squad are such as players like Monga, Fatawu, James etc
We can't rely on those individuals to produce moments of magic on a weekly basis. It has to be a team effort.
Unfortunately for us we have too many weak links in our starting 11.
Thomas, Faes, Vestergaard, Soumare all spring to mind straight away.
Going into every match with no threat upfront doesn't help either. It is similar to a boxer fighting an opponent with one hand tied behind his back.
-
Unfortunately I think we will find ourselves in a similar situation to last season where Marti will keep his job regardless of how bad results are.
-
With his goal scoring record as a striker he should be no where near any starting 11.
Even in cup competitions against lower level opponents he has struggled to make an impact.
The blokes stealing a living!

Get Monga in the centre of the pitch playing just behind the striker.
His agility and persistent body feints will cause them all sorts of problems in a dangerous area.

James comes off again...despite actually looking better than most of the others

Clueless.
He relies too heavily on Fatawu producing moments of magic.
-
23 million for Daka. What a waste that was!
The bloke spends so much time on his arse that I'm convinced he doesn't own a pair of football boots.
I genuinely wouldn't be bothered if we tore up his contract and he never played for us again.

Nelson has one bad half and totally made an example of.
Faes or Vesty at fault for conceding pretty much every game and can’t be touched.
Patience slowly running out Marti lad
Bang on!
Nelson had one poor half of football and has been thrown to the side.
Monga has a quiet game and he finds himself on the bench too
Yet Vestergaard and Faes regularly play shite and somehow always get a starting spot.

At this point I'd rather see us go back to a good old fashioned 4-4-2
Stolarczyk
Ricardo
Okoli
Nelson (despite his one bad performance)
Thomas
Fatawu
Winks
James
Monga
Ayew (Mavididi if he was fit)
Caranza

My worry is that he'll bring off James or Ramsey for Skipp and then we'll sit deep and end up drawing

He would be mad to sign here! Especially with the rumours circulating regarding Fatawu potentially leaving.
Our only glimmer of hope is that some of the academy lads look like bright prospects.
