I've purchased a Panasonic z95b oled. It's a 65inch, couldn't get the 77inch as stocks have ran out .Picture quality is 👌🏼
You going to return it on 20th July?

Yeah brother I like anything that's a bit bitter so they go down a treat, the watermelon ones are decent as well.
Stomach is fine on gels but I absolutely hate the consistency of them and the act of getting them down your neck so the Saltstick tabs have been a revelation
Have you tried Kendal Mint Club gels?
They sound right up your street re the taste and the texture is lovely compared to most gels out there.

Not exaggerating by saying this….it totally changed my life
Literally pretty much exactly the same as me. Got a ballot place and knew it was too goo to turn down so started running at the start of July last year and couldn't run a mile without stopping, kept at it and absolutely hated the first 4-5 weeks then something just clicked and I found myself weirdly starting to enjoy it.
Over 900 miles later and 5stone 5lb lost in weight and I really cannot imagine my life without the routine and running now - it has completely transformed my life.
Advice for any beginners - just stick at it even when you can't be bothered. It is such a rewarding sport (and very mentally challenging at times).

Sub 3h 40m today which I am absolutely buzzing with and would have snapped your hand off at the start of the day once I saw the weather and the fact I’ve spent the last 6 months training in pissing down rain and freezing weather in Glasgow 😂!
Couldnt run a mile under 11 mins without stopping when I started running in July so delighted with how today went!
Incredible event 🙌🏻

Might be down there for some time unless that ***** sells the club!
What an absolute shambles - fans are too soft there should be riots happening right now it’s scandalous what they have done to the club!

Stay up and we will have another season with another relegation battle on our hands.
Get relegated and we might actually get a change at the top and a complete re-shuffle.

Nice one, you doing London?
Yes mate - yourself?
Looking on the list of celebs doing it this year and saw Gary Rowett on there too 😅

Did “20 Along the Forth” 20 mile race at the weekend, it was so hilly but was happy with the time I did it in (2h 40m on the nose) - I’m hoping that I can do a similar pace at London but I’ll have abit more left in the tank because it’s a lot flatter because I was flagging at the end 😂!
14 miles this weekend then a 22 mile easy run the weekend after then start of the taper - nearly there 😀

I think Stephen and Rachel could sit at the round table in their cloaks and the others would still vote for Jade 😂
How Rachel has gone undetected is baffling.

Still got the bug, started running in July after getting a place in the London Marathon through the ballot. I literally couldn’t run a mile without stopping and it was taking me over 11 mins to do a mile.
Ran over 420 miles since then and lost just under 5 stone (since mid may) and absolutely delighted with the progress made - can’t wait till the end of April now.

Anyone run with carbon plated footwear?
Love my Novablasts but intrigued by the carbon plate so just looking for opinions.

Had a few flashes and periods of good spells at Rangers - not done much since. Definitely not the player we need if we have any ambition.

So I really had to get my finger out - fast forward 16 weeks and 3 stone lighter; I am now 9 weeks into training and completed half marathon distance yesterday in 2:04:31 which I am pretty pleased with considering I couldn't run a mile without stopping 9 weeks ago.
Hated the first 3-4 weeks of training but got the running bug well and truly now and am weirdly looking forward to running days which is a complete u-turn.
Just obliterated my previous half marathon time by doing it in 1:49:07 this morning which I am buzzing about.
Invested in a pair of Asics Novablasts and a Garmim Forerunner since the above post and been blowing my previous PBs out of the water… don’t know if it’s all in my head but long may it continue 😂

Faes is our best defender, regardless of the opinions of him.
And that is one of the main reasons we are back in this division.

Literally is guaranteed that if we win the group we’ll get a 3rd place team 😂
