Absolutely buzzing - got my first ever sub 20 5k with a 19:16 yesterday. It’s been alluding me all year with previous best being a sickening 20:02 but glad to have finally got it 😅

Build up the mileage slowly and don’t try and go too fast too soon and you’ll be just fine. I started at 115kg - now 80kg and still loving it, it is so addictive.

Great Scottish Run half marathon in 1h 32mins which I’m buzzing with. Wasn’t sure how it was going to play out as had a couple of niggles leading up to it so to come away with a 7min PB was class.

Untapped with Spencer Matthew’s is quite good. Some good topics discussed and has some decent guests on.

Breaking financial rules between 2009-2018. Failing to cooperate between 2018-2023. Although I am sure that they’d be a case from 2018 onwards aswell. This could potentially be catastrophic for football - the amount of clubs all seeking compensation for that 9 year period would be crazy.

Man City’s charges are only up until the 2017/18 season… We bottled 4th twice after that period.

He didn’t play under Rodger’s? Enzo was our manager when he played for us.

Or in the case of our fans it’s usually more that the King Power lovers get too defensive whenever anyone tries to criticise the useless clowns running us…

Anyone had there London marathon ballot results through yet?

Hopefully having Stones, Guehi and O'Reilly training with Haaland daily at City is going to be a massive help but he is in sensational form its going to be such a task. Hopefully James is fit to start, if not then I think i would stick with Konsa RB and bring in more experience in Stones / Burn who were both brilliant when they came on. Nobody really talking how good Pickford was last night aswell - that last 20 mins was the best I have ever seen him in an England shirt and he has had some top performance.

Minutes Played = 0 Yellow Cards = 1 Injuries = 1 I imagine that will be a pub quiz question in years to come

Konsa looks absolutely done. Treading through treacle.

You just know they are gonna score a 98th min equaliser to force ET.

Absolute piss take! Corrupt as ****!

No doubt of anyone falling asleep during this - what a game so far 😂! Cracker!

Anthony Gordon has been superb 👏🏻

Amazing game management from the first whistle! Superb so far 👏🏻

Get in there!!!

Glad to see James on the bench at least so fingers crossed he’ll be available v Norway (if we manage to win tonight). Huge task ahead but always hopeful with Kane and Bellingham on the pitch.

It was nothing to do with England not selecting him. Olise chose France and has made it quite public that France was the only option he ever considered out of the 3-4 countries he could have picked.

Would be an extremely tough choice for the lad tbf. Playing in Serie A and living in Turin or the more appealing option of playing in League 1 living in glorious Leicester...

Literally is guaranteed that if we win the group we’ll get a 3rd place team 😂

Anderson has been superb 👏🏻

You going to return it on 20th July?

Have you tried Kendal Mint Club gels? They sound right up your street re the taste and the texture is lovely compared to most gels out there.
