Almost the same situation as last year for me. Hated last years shirt until I saw it in person. Then I thought it was ok.
I really disliked the photos I saw of next season’s shirt. Now I’ve just seen a father and son in Blaby wearing them.
A whole lot better in real life and for me, it’s the first blue adidas shirt I’ve really liked. A solid yes from me now.

It’s swaying between dislike and meh for me
That said, I’ll wait until I see it in the flesh
Still hate adidas though.
Shitty sponsor. Basic, flat print. That won’t change.

Got back from Kefalonia yesterday. Stayed in Lassi, really enjoyed it. It's certainly no Ibiza so suited me down to the ground. Recommended if you like a beautiful, but quiet getaway

No thanks. Can do a lot better.

The Man U players have no respect for Ole. Why would they when that piszhead, Fergie, is still allowed to wander around OT, calling the shots and Ole still refers to him as the "Gaffer"?
There's talent in that squad somewhere. Whoever goes in, has a shitshow to sort out on and off the pitch.
Well, there's Maguire of course...he's a liability and a donkey with a turning circle of an oil tanker. £80m, captain and undroppable. His days must be numbered though. He's been found out (although we did point them out). £300k per week for a donkey.
Pogba is another Balotelli and will always cost a manager their job. He isn't wired up right.
CR is a super-luxury player with a super-luxury ego to match. Undroppable. God knows what his wages are. An absolutely pointless signing just to stop their rivals from getting him,
Man U still have could easily unsettle many managers. That's very slowly changing but in fairness, they still have a lot of pull and influence and will do for many years past my lifetime. I'm happy to see the plastics I went to school with suffering like many other normal football fans.

Morris & Co arrogant to the bitter end: "it became clear that the process which has been underway to identify a purchaser for the Club likely would not be productive over the near term, despite the number of negotiations with credible parties."
for those of you who haven't seen the exposé of that "process":
Cheers for this.
Just watched it. I knew football was bent....just never really thought about at what level. The scary thing is, "Tip of the Iceberg" springs to mind.
Top flight football, I think you'd struggle to find a club not guilty of some sort of fraud.
Mel Morris is dodgy AF by the way.

Went for the first time in my life yesterday. Not a bad bunch, still has a few knobs though and they look down their noses at us "football" lot.
Anyone who thought City's chants were bad, Try listening to the one single chant they have... "Tigers, Tigers"
I was seriously waiting for ...mauled by the Tigers, you're getting mauled by the Tigers..."

Really?
The vast majority of calls he made were right if you look at the replays on TV.
Easy to blame the ref.
Maybe look at our inability to see out a game.
Easy to blame others when the fault lies with yourself.
I don't have blue-tinted specs. I think you're partly correct.
However, I think the inconsistency of the ref was the problem. Napoli did win soft free kicks, we didn't.
I far from saying we deserved to win, another 10 minutes and we'd have lost. I thought Napoli were very good. Whether we made them look good or not, they are a good side.
The ref was a cock though.

We didn't do ourselves justice

I can wholeheartedly recommend Fauda if you like your foreign programmes.

Have you got any habits that may seem odd to others?
I suppose I do, in as much that I wear two watches on my left wrist.
Whats the reason for this?
Not being funny but it's something I've seen a few times in psychiatry!!!

Missed most of this, can someone do a bullet point run down of what's going on in here please?
Raj is on one.
We're apparently against saving the planet just because we don't agree with XR's methods.
Leicsmac has taken on the roll of headmaster and is scolding us all
XR are not smelly tramps after all
XR don't add to the carbon footprint
That's about it for now

I class myself as a grebo! Don't be offended! Sector 5, The Uni, Retribution, Firebug etc. are all my old haunts
This XR lot are still smelly tossers though

I would rev the bollocks off my dirty diesel if I saw them.
Childish? Yes.
Pointless? Yes
Make me feel better? Yes.
Smelly grebo, middle class tossers.

I was dreading this game tbh. However, I've just watched Vardy's Greatest Shithousery Moments Vol.1 and I feel slightly better
Still not massively confident but what the hell.
I'd love to see Soumaré get a full game

OK. So Southampton fans generally were pleased to sell and recoup most of the £18m for him. I'm not being a Debbie Downer, but let's not expect too much. The Southampton fans all say he's slow. They also say quite a bit that he gets beaten a fair bit in the air.
That's still ok by me. Different team now (with all due respect to Southampton), different playing system, different manager...I could go on. The thing they did say about him quite a lot was, they're going to miss his balls out from defence, pinging diagonals etc. They all seem to appreciate he has some good skills too. We've had slow defenders before, we must have factored this in when watching him.
I'm pleased with him signing.

So sad to read that. I'll still wish you the best though.
I'd like to reply with some humor but fear it would be seen as in bad taste.
I'm a member of a Big Lebowski group on FB. A member's dad passed away and he wrote about it in the group. The 100s of replies and quotes that followed was the funniest thing I'd ever read. The fella was grateful for that kind of support and it helped immensely.
Keep your ramblings coming, even if I need drugs or beer to understand them! (I don't really do drugs..I hate them!!)

The fan store was packed today. Loooong queues.
Went in for the Onyx 3rd kit. Spotted the black pre=match jersey. Ended up buying that....£50!!!!!
Still not a fan of adidas but I will add, some of the gear looks better in real life.
Quite liked the LCFC X ATMOS Ebony Tye dye as modelled by Lil' Wes
I'm going back for the 3rd kit but I know I'll end up buying the white pre-match jersey...then the 3rd kit

I'm not sure if this is unpopular or not, but I quite like that we have resident fans of other clubs here. I like their contributions, mostly, and I love that they feel comfortable here. Also it must show what a great place it is to be, even if we already know it.
Especially the Celtic fan we seem to have turned, even though I don't think they have admitted it yet
I don't mind them at all. There's a fair few fans on here who are knobs to these 'foreigners' though !!!
@TheBearis one I regularly see post. Been some knobhead posts directed towards him in the past though
Is the regular Watford fan still around? He was ok
I think they can add something to the conversation, especially when they are regulars here. Different set of eyes, detached view etc.

I clearly do not like adidas kits whatsoever. For me, they have been mediocre at best. Potential is there but they seem to just get something wrong each release (mostly). Need a viagra before any recent kit reveal and i dont have a problem! Lol
This is a MEH plain and simple. I know everyone has their own tastes so you cant please everyone but duddddeeeee!!!
Still rocking puma kit until they come out with something better. Can we get rid of adidas though?
Anyhow, i just woke up and grumpy as shite
anyone know where i can send my resume/cv for the photographer job at lcfc shoots?
Maybe i am way to harsh. Sigh.
Can't stand adidas either. I never understood the clamour for adidas when we were with Puma. I know people were unhappy with the quality of Puma, I personally didn't mind them. Each to their own I guess.
I quite like the plain/simple Nike designs...I know they are unpopular with our fans too.
The Charlton 3rd kit is simply the best kit I have seen this season. I'd take Hummel right now

I like it. I'd prefer FBS in pink...but it's not.
That's the one for me.

Rubbish.
Pleat out! Pierpoint out!

When do you think we'll return to Premier League?

I struggle to see past a total rebuild. I’m not expecting promotion next year due to the full upheaval required.
I’m hoping some season ticket holders are as miserable as me and don’t renew so I can have a season ticket again.
