When is/was Rowett’s contract until? 
 

I assumed 31st May, the same as the players.

He’s too left footed, opponents know what he’s going to do. 

He’s another low Football IQ player, low on confidence that still has not learned how to wear the right studs, constantly on the floor and off balance.

If we expect we have no money, then loans are the only option. I don’t think we can afford to replace (if we sell) the dross we would still have. 

 

 

The players at our disposal are not 23rd place championship quality. 
 

This squad should have been good enough for top 6, they don’t become collectively shit overnight. 
 

again we have been off the pace all season, that’s a fitness issue which then becomes a confidence issue. 

Another long serving member of the club that needs his attributes questioned.

 

The PL relegation season (first one) I remain convinced it wasn’t lack of quality or effort, madders, youri & vards..That squad was easily talented enough to stay up.

 

In my opinion it was lack of fitness. We were too slow and passive (how many times did Rodgers’s say that?) too slow to close down, because when we did teams were too good passing it around us, so we’d drop back and appear like we were not trying. 

 

fast forward 3 years we run less then anyone else, our players look ****ed! No overlapping runs, no direct runs off the ball.
 

anyone else agree? 

I don’t know whether Rowett thought West Brom would lose in their game after ours, be he sounded (interview) so relaxed and not a care in the world.

The last time we were relegated to tier 3 was with 52 points, assuming we don’t reach 46 points this season (accounting for the points deduction) it will definitely be the worse season ever. 
 

though even if we beat that total, the quality in this team, surely confirms 100% this is our worst ever campaign.

He has ZERO football brain and is thick as they come. He's mad as a box of frogs, which is great when the team is good and you have senior players who can work with him. When you need to rely on him, no chance.

 

At some point in the next few seasons he will hit a few bangers in a row, and we will all cry about what could have been. But I bet where ever he ends up, the story kind of ends the same way. 

Agree 100% same with Thomas, low IQ and football intelligence

Enzo was offered and nearly took the role, which would back up Gary Rowett comments of “they are being ambitious”.. But he has decided to take the role if we stay up. So Top has gone back to Rowett and offered short term, to keep us in the league. 
 

that’s the only “logical” but still bonkers suggestion I could come up with.

If it was up to me I'd have overhauled things radically years ago. Have wanted at least 15 in and out for the last few windows.

I agree that hamza is not good enough, and should be moved on. But again despite his proven negative/disresptful  actions over the years and all round lazy approach, I still wouldn’t boo him.

my point is that there have been many examples over the years of players disrespecting the club, proven or not. 
 

However irrespective of they as people, I support the players on the pitch and will not boo individuals. Collectively yes if the team have not demonstrated desire, energy etc.. there the minimum requirements even if technically they are shit. 
 

yesterday defeat in my opinion was mainly down to Okoli. I felt the players worked hard, and I seen some positives in a sorry season.

The key word you’ve used is “supposedly” none of us truly know. You learn say 2-3 managers… which one of these managers has been good for us?
