coalvillefox Posted 28 February 2016 Posted 28 February 2016 I know we do a score predictor already on here but I am looking to setup a Football Pools type competition. Rules are simple but for anyone who hasn't played pools before here goes. 49 games from the weekends fixtures. Pick 10 games that you think will end in a score draw. Points are scored from your best 8 selections with 3 points for a score draw, 2 for a goalless draw and 1 for the rest up to a maximum of 8 scoring games. Person who scores the maximum 24 points wins the jackpot, if the jackpot isn't winnable because there aren't 8 score draws then the jackpot rolls on to the following week and smaller prizes are won for the highest points less than 24. These might be a little different to the traditional pools rules but should work if there is enough interest. What do you think?
