All in all it's been a very good window. But they all got given training kit free of charge, trained and played 3 times a week, played almost 50 games across the entire season and all at the only training ground in the entire country solely for the use of the womens team. Oh and they also played at the King Power stadium at the end of the season. Training is exactly the same as last season and all the coaches have been given full time contracts which is an upgrade from last season. The club are heavily invested in their youth departments, both boys and girls and know these young people are the future of the club and will continue to invest accordingly.

Because it's the best, womens only, training facility in the country and the club are immensely proud of that. It is also one of the standout reasons why some of the best young girls around choose Leicester when decide which academy they want to play for. It's not always all about the here and now, it's building something for the future also. I fully appreciate that Seagrave itself is also an incredible facility but it would feel like the women/girls just got shoved on an unused pitch somewhere in the far corner, at Belvoir Drive the whole facility is theirs.

My worry is that if we don't get a manager in who can deal with big personalities such as Jordan Ayew, he will force his way into the team for the rest of the season. I don't think Andy King wanted to deal with the backlash of leaving him out on Saturday and disrupt whatever harmony he has been able to bring in the short time he was in charge. We all know what a moody, stroppy character he is, we need a manager who is bigger than Ayew to put him in his place.
