davieG Posted 16 September 2005 Share Posted 16 September 2005 Leicester City goalkeeper Rab Douglas is confident his side can cross the "borderline" to more success and more points as quickly as possible. The Scottish international believes there is not a lot wrong with the side, despite the shaky start to the campaign, and improvement can be made, starting at Wolves tomorrow. Douglas said: "I think we are playing a decent standard of football, our passing is good and our fitness is there, just the end product of losing goals and not scoring enough. But we are just on the borderline. "There was only one game where we didn't deserve to take anything and that was Hull, where they could have been out of sight by half-time. "Apart from that, in every other game we have been right in it, which is the disappointing thing in that we have not got enough points on the board for our efforts. "We know that ourselves and we have to start rectifying it." That's alright then just solve that and we're onto a winner - I wonder if other teams have sussed out this simple solution to winning games
Solihullfox Posted 16 September 2005 Share Posted 16 September 2005 Rab is obviously a genius. Perhaps we should ask him to deal with the thorny issues such as the mystery of the Bermuda Triangle or the full explanantion of Black holes. I think he may solve them in a flash !!! EmLeee Posted 16 September 2005 Share Posted 16 September 2005 Glad we've worked that one out. Now lets keep it secret and not let anyone catch onto this winning theory and we might stand a chance...
cisono Posted 16 September 2005 Share Posted 16 September 2005 It did take several games, but now finally the genius in the squad has sussed it out. Great, let's look forward to the application of this new technique in the actual game!!!!
