Problems with matchday betting

Just wondered if anybody on here has had problems with Unibet, I had a £2 bet on the City/West Ham game, had Vardy to score first and 2-2 draw (one of my very very rare correct prediction!) at 40/1

Tried to collect at the next home game against Swansea but was told my coupon was not on the list of winners from previous games, tried to collect on line but it just said coupon not registered so I phoned Unibet and was told that I needed to contact BD stadia, I phoned 3 times and emailed them 3 times but to no avail, I've also emailed the club but had no reply (I'm not blaming the club but was just hoping for a contact email/phone number)

I've kind of resigned myself to not getting my money now but just thought I would post on here to see if anybody else had the same problems.

Haha but yeah can understand where you're coming from. Bookies have awful customer service in my experience. Opened a bet365 account and was supposed to get a bonus equivalent to my first deposit but didn't, never replied to any emails so just withdrew my money and closed the account. Missed out on my losses so their overall loss!

Ladbrokes fvcked me over with their free matched bet opening offer, Paddy Power offered me £5 free spins (no deposit) and never let me use them. The only bookie I've never had a problem with is Betfair so I only use them now

Be careful with betfair, they don't mind you losing but once you start winning (about 5k) they take 20 percent of your winning. If you manage to get to 250k they take 60 percent.

If you like laying bets rather than putting them on your better off on betdaq
