smr Posted 17 May 2016 Posted 17 May 2016 we've had gold kits, i've got one from circa '93 in my dad's loft somewhere - i think people are quick to discount any association or link to our club with it for the fact that we always tended to play shite when wearing it, grew a bit of a rep for bringing us bad luck, despite this i can live with the ribbons being blue and gold. we've had gold in the club for donkeys!

They come across as a pair of kids with reasonably good intentions albeit slightly small minded and pretentious. The general anti-owner sentiment is understandable on some level as in an ideal world the club would be owned by fans, but we're not, and unless we can put together a few hundred million quid we're not going to be any time soon, so get over yourselves and enjoy the fact that as owners go ours are top drawer.
