Would be good to hear other views 1. Shaky to get a longer term contract 2. A groin operation to sort out Slimani. He's shown in patches what he can do and we need a big option up front as last night proved. Sod Algerias World Cup qualifiers get him sorted now ready for the new season 3. Thanks Riyad you'll play against Bournemouth to say goodbye but we need to be ready for next year so Gray (and Kapustka) will get some playing time in the other games 4. Anyone else known to have itchy feet also have a few games rest 5. Shinji also has a rest because he's looking knackered and we need to see some more of Leo to decide properly on whether he stays (or goes back to Brighton - maybe an exchange for Knocky???) 6. Some proper pre-season games arranged to the usual suspects so we start the season fit. Apart from an Austrian training camp Lincoln is the furthest journey - and that's UK not Lincoln Nebraska 7. Early squad assessment, offers and signings - right player right position - unlike the golden opportunity missed this year. We'll be competing with the likes of Everton so will need to move quickly 8. Someone gets out to watch the loanees especially Barnes, Jones and Lawrence to see if they're going to be good options for next season
