@Blue Fox 72 - taking a break now. Keep going - lots of images that remain unanswered

OK mate will do. Thanks for your efforts again. I'll see if I can post a few myself for when you revisit.

Forgot to add, I'm going to brush up on my knowledge of Bristol City players, so that  I can match your knowledge!

Correct. Do you have the Dempsey look?!

Ha ha I wish! Maybe when I was about 14. Nearly all gone now so have it shaved with no 1 clippers. If I recede any further I'll be combing my arse! :D

Below from the 1974 World Cup is one of the funniest memories I have of watching football as a youngster. You would think if a player reaches that level he would know the rules! lol

The van der Kerkhoff twins. And might be Cruyff behind?

Correct. I think Robbie Rensenbrink is in the background

Thought he looked a bit young for Schoen! Didn't realise Seeler was in the their 74 squad.

He wasn't. This was the opening ceremony when he appeared with Pele

Just watched the Big Match, 1977 FA Cup semi-final between Leeds and Man Utd. What great entertainment, that puts the modern players to shame:

- Jordan elbows Jimmy Nicholl in the face, falls over and gets a penalty to get Leeds back into the game

- Marvellous wing play from Eddie Gray, Steve Coppell and Gordon Hill

- Pearson showing how a target man should play

- Mercurial skills of Tony Currie

- The St John's Ambulance crew carrying a fan off on a stretcher

- The atmosphere at Hillsborough, with swaying crowds
