Guest Posted 30 October 2005 Posted 30 October 2005 Mr Lisa played for a while, and has also referreed. From what he says, you basically make it up as you go along. For example, in a lineout, almost every player will be committing an offence, but the ref 'decides' which one, if any, he'll go for.
