Scow Posted 13 September 2004 Posted 13 September 2004 Link - Official Site Leicester midfielder Lilan Nalis is urging supporters to get behind the Foxes once again when they take on Sheffield United at the Walkers Stadium on Tuesday evening (7:45pm).More than 2,000 City fans made the trip to Millmoor on Saturday to roar on Micky Adams' men to a 2-0 victory over Rotherham. And Nalis confirmed that more of the same against the Blades would be fantastic. He said: "The supporters made a lot of noise on Saturday. You would have thought we were the home team. "Millmoor was a really tight ground and it was great to score my goal in front of the Leicester City fans. They have been great to me since I joined the club. "There is always a good atmosphere at the Walkers and I am looking forward to playing under the floodlights once again. That always seems to add to the tension." Tickets for the Championship clash are priced from £22 for adults and £14 for Fox Cubs. The main Walkers Stadium ticket office will be open from 9.00am right up until kick off to deal with the late demand. Both of the sub ticket offices, situated at the South West and the South East corners of the stadium, will also be open in the hour up until kick off to deal specifically with match tickets for both the Kop and the Alliance and Leicester East Stand. Supporters are urged to arrive as early as possible to prevent a build up of queues outside the stadium. Looks like the club are getting desperate again, asking players to urge the fans to buy tickets. They've done this a few times this season with different players......

Match day ticket's are a joke, My ticket for Cov away is £6.50. Even if kids prices were a fiver or something it would encourage families to come as for 1 adult and 2 kids its something like £50.

Anish Posted 13 September 2004 Posted 13 September 2004 I hope the club realises how stupid they were to keep ticket prices this high! The fans will not come out in their force to witness the rubbish we have played so far, especially at current prices! Although on a more personal note, as a turnstile operator, it makes my job easier if less people come thru the turnstiles!
