So there was grants given out by the government to councils in relation to economic recovery.

 

Its been publicised Leicester City has housing issues, its also one of few cities that has no openreach FTTP broadband plans.

 

I had a look at what the council are spending it on, and remember we have had lots of pedestrianisation work going on, you guessed it, its more of the same, money spent on the city centre again.
