Android Firefox: Can't like posts issue

I'm using a Pixel 4a, Firefox browser.

 

Issue is that when i click the like button for a post a few like emojis pop up but immediately disappear.

 

It seems like on a press they should pop up then you select the one you want, that seems to be how it works. But on my phone pressing the thumb up just pops it up for a second then it's gone, so I can't like/react to any posts.

 

 

And ideas?

Use Chrome? Does it work on that browser? 

Interestingly, just tried with chrome and it does the same thing. Not sure if I can describe it any better but when I tap the thumb up to like it pops up but doesn't stay up.

 

Feels like it might be a phone setting/issue, any developers have any ideas?
