Couldn't agree more. Its all absolute bollocks. So many fans on here lap it up every time a new manager speaks/does his first interview. Anyone who's seen a manager in a workplace knows how easy it is for them to portray confidence and say "whats right". Sad that people genuinely lap the bare minimum up.
