Upgrade a concession season ticket

Hi everyone

 

I know I can upgrade a concession season ticket in the Family area 4 times per season. Can I do it on match day or do I need to speak to the ticket office in advance of the match?

 

The answer is probably either but I know someone on here will know.

Needs to be done prior to match day. 

 

They stop doing upgrades on match days a few years back. (Unless something has changed since I last tried)

 

Can be done over the phone.
