I think Beale jumping ship is more to do with the pull of Rangers for him rather than Hoos. He knocked back Wolves a month or two back.

 

Did watch a rather cringe video of a speech from Hoos to the mens and women's QPR players a few weeks back. Did get the vibe they thought he was a bit of a prat.

Oh I agree, it being Rangers was a big thing but no manager seems to particularly enjoy being around Hoos.
