Hi all,

I have a match worn Albrighton shirt which I was desperate to get signed before I frame it. I live in Leeds so had to generally leg it after matches - I could usually wait around for about 40 mins after matches but I missed the players. Does anyone know how you get hold of an ex-player? I suspect I'd need to send him the shirt which I'd be happy to do. Maybe his management or something?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Siobhan

Find out who he signs for and wait after a match when you can. Plenty of Champ/L1 teams close to us Yorkshire folk :)

He's one of the best players in term of signing/having a chat after matches so wait for that if you can?

I'm really disappointed to have prob lost the opportunity cos he's always been an absolute favourite of mine so a signature on my short would mean the world.

Used to get a birthday card form players back in the 80s as a junior fox.

When enrolling, you filled out on the form who your favourite player was. Mine was Alan Smith. Birthday card was personally written by Alan smith and added a signature from 10 or so random players.

The great Jack Curtis in those days ran the junior foxes as if it were the most important thing on earth . No player would've dared disobeyed him.
