Would we all prefer the club just say f*** it and spend whatever they like to ensure we stay up this season? Even if that means we definitely breach PSR again and possibly still go down?

Or do we just continue on what seems an inevitable path of just limping out of the league without even trying because we can’t spend?

Its been handled very poorly, we did a self imposed transfer embargo only to fail anyway and then get relegated, apparently Rodgers survived so long for the same reason, it didnt click in someone's head, not sacking would lose more money from our finishing position.

Sold KDH, even though the punishment wouldnt happen until we next back in the EFL.

The problem with the original breach is we were "stuck in the middle", we either should have complied, or just adopted a **** it attitude.  It seems we suddenly became indecisive, which is the worst thing you want from leadership of a entity.

Bear in mind a breach is a breach, it doesnt scale with the size of the breach, we know as long as the club stays out of admin, it can not have a deduction higher than what you get for admin, and we know there is a small deduction for been cooperative, so the reality, is it would never be something stupid like a double digit penalty, and a sufficient squad would easily be worth more than the size of the penalty.

The only thing that explains the behaviour rationally is we actually have cash flow issues, and PSR is a good cover for it.  The pay day loans is an indicator of that as well.

So for me I would have accepted a comply or **** it approach, the reason I have an issue is the indecisiveness and this trying to comply when we failed thing.  Sadly we led by a man child.
