Any help appreciated here as always. I thought there was a 10% discount for online purchases for season ticket holders. I’ve gone to purchase something and it’s the same price whether I’m signed in or not. Any ideas?

Don't think you get a 10% discount now, when you become a season ticket holder you get some credit added to your account which you can use to purchase items. Think that is how it works.

That finished a few years ago now. You now get Fox rewards credits every time you buy something, i think it's maybe 10% of the cost of the item goes towards your rewards, which you can spend on future purchases.

Today, Leicester City Football Club announces the introduction of Foxes Rewards, the first reward based scheme offered to all its supporters, replacing the traditional 10 per cent Season Ticket Holder and five per cent Member discount scheme.

 

 

 

 

- Season Ticket Holders and Fox Members will automatically be enrolled and will receive a launch bonus- Foxes fans will be given a reward bonus on all merchandise purchases made in the City Fanstore from Tuesday 15 August- Details of online redemption will be announced later this month- Access to exclusive offers and promotions over the course of the season, further rewarding Leicester City supporters

The new Foxes Rewards scheme will offer supporters the chance to earn and redeem rewards on retail purchases from the City Fanstore and LCFC.com, and give access to exclusive offers and promotions.

All Season Ticket Holders and Fox Members* will be automatically enrolled into the scheme and can earn rewards in store from Friday 11 August.

To earn and redeem Foxes Rewards in store, supporters need to present their Season Card or Member Card at the point of sale.

Season Ticket Holders and seasonal Hospitality Clients will receive 10 per cent rewards  on all retail purchases, with Fox Members receiving five per cent rewards.

Supporters will be able to view their Foxes Rewards balance online at LCFC.com by logging into their account page. Supporters who have previously purchased tickets (over the phone, in store or online) or merchandise (online) will need to ensure they have signed up to LCFC.com and have linked their old accounts. 

To celebrate the launch of the scheme , we are giving every Adult Season Ticket Holder and seasonal Hospitality Client a £10 Foxes Rewards launch bonus. Junior Season Ticket Holders* and Fox Members will receive a £5 Foxes Rewards launch bonus. The bonuses will be credited automatically to supporters’ accounts and can be redeemed in store from Friday 11 August until Monday 25 September. Supporters will also be able to redeem their launch bonus online in the comings weeks – details of online redemption dates will be announced soon.

Please note this launch bonus is only valid until Monday 25 September  and all unused bonus rewards will expire at midnight (BST). Only one Season Card can be used per transaction. For a full list of FAQs and Terms & Conditions please click HERE.

As an added bonus, the Club will backdate rewards for all online purchases made since the launch of the new online store on Thursday 6 July  (providing the supporter created a new LCFC.com account and completed the relevant transactions  while logged in) and in store purchases attributed to Season Ticket Holders and Members’ cards since Tuesday 4 July.**
