MON Posted 24 October 2004 Posted 24 October 2004 taken from the lcfc os forums. a great thread on the Holloway speculation, heres a post from it :-re: Leicester want Olly?! To be honest you can write paragraph after paragraph on this and non the wiser. Holloway talked to Plymouth last season so if a so called bigger club called he will talk again. But the fact the board and himself and have a wee spat will not help. But all managers like the same thing to be loved and a nice bit of money for players.. Loyal not so sure. We the fans are loyal no matter what we think of each other we i am sure will always be QPR fans. But very few managers still at the club when a so called bigger club asks them to be the boss. But to be honest i dont think Holloway will end up there. Keep an eye on S.Pearce or a return of Martin O'Neil(no i am not jokeing). from: http://boards.rivals.net/default.asp?sid=9...ytoid=536153626 I hope that crazy qpr fan is right
Muz Posted 25 October 2004 Posted 25 October 2004 My mate who i met on holiday is from Glasgow and recently he has been saying that Martin is not very happy! 1.Because he cant buy Henri Camara full time 2.No transfer money 3.The board wont renew Hartson's contract and want to sell Petrov 4.They want to bring in an American coach but Martin only wants his own backroom staff! I still dont think he'll come here. But if he does come back i would be soooooo happy!!!
Anish Posted 25 October 2004 Posted 25 October 2004 Martin O'Neill won't come back - if he left Celtic I'm sure a fair few teams would think about sacking their own manager to enable MON to come to them!
>>>Bevan<<< Posted 25 October 2004 Posted 25 October 2004 If Celtic get knocked out of the champions leaugue u never know , but Celtic have already won the league so Martin will probably stay on Would be great if he did come back
