On the Saturday showing two couples (mid 20s) ended up walking out, because it scared them that much! Anyone seen the 70s version? Is it any good?

Phube Posted 16 March 2006 Posted 16 March 2006 I would love to see it. I saw the original version which was good to. It was on Sky Cinema this week (probably be shown again so look out!). Watched it as me and the Missus are going to see the remake this weekend. To be honest what was shocking in '77 really doesn't translate to today, in fact the only scary thing is the acting and sound effects!! But it was enjoyable none the less, I'm expecting a lot more from the remake...
