I finished my free trial yesterday and after the Stoke game on Saturday I sent an email to cancel the subscription. But today I received an email saying they have charged me £34.99. I wasn't best pleased. But then realised it might cover a whole years subscription. Is this true cos if it is I wouldn't mind paying it. But if it only covers a month then there's no point considering I can't listen to many weekday games as they start at about 3am here in China. And being a student i'm poor....could someone clarify it for me? Thanks

I cancelled the subscription two days before the week expired and they still charged me! Send them an email and demand that you get refunded. Remember this is not LCFC who are charging you it is NTL (I think)
