I am currently trying to gain sponsorship money for a leicestershire charity called loros, you may be aware of it. It is a hospice and i aim to raise £3000 for them by travelling to peru in may 2007 and trek the inca trail. It is a historic hike through the mountains and rainforests of peru.

To cut a long story short i need to kick of my fund raising and if any fellow city fans would be so generous to give anything they can i would be eternally grateful. There is no guideline for how much you want to sponsor, but dig deep if you can

I suggest you post a link to the charity and to the donations website. I also suggest you pay for the trip yourself, otherwise it looks rather like you're getting a free hoilday out of it.

my bad i thought i had put the link up for the donations website. and to be honest that quite hurt that you suggested im getting a free holiday out of it. im gaining sponsorship money to do a 5 day hike through high altitude mountains to raise money for a leicestershire hospice where my grandad went to.

doesnt really sound like a free holiday to me mate, especially wen i have to pay for the flights.
