Milky Posted 15 May 2006 Posted 15 May 2006 whilst we are talking about the club shop, i have to ask, why is it so small? i swear the fact that you have to get up really close and brush bodies with fellow fans on a matchday puts people off from going inside.

That way it's harder to get out once you're in, which makes you more likely to buy something to pass the time? I don't know.
