in the 90s, wigan athletic were getting crowds of 2000, and they have risen dramatically ever since and will continue on doing so, yours have gone down because your not in the premiership and you have the nerve to call our fans??

muzzy, please tell me the rugbys average attendance for their season just gone, and i can guarantee that they have never had 1 full house

and also tell me how many times they have got over 20k

Fact is, you have failed to score in the last 3, and by today's performance, beginning to lose grip. Being top in November doesn't mean you'll win the league, or have you not grasped that?

I remember a few seasons ago when Watford were top until Xmas - They lost their way after Xmas and failed to even reach the play offs, that was with a decent squad too.

Didn't say no chance for Wigan, but based on that performance, and other games I've seen you play, you'll find it hard to maintain the form you previously had. Especially with Ellington seemingly struggling with an injury. Wigan without Roberts/Ellington - Impotent.

There is no reason for me to be bitter - You've come on here, you're the one resulting to personal jibes, shows you can't handle the argument. :)

Leeds away, you played well, but you were playing Leeds afterall. Highlights give you a feel of how well a team is playing, not perfect I know, but still useful in gauging how well a team is performing.

This division is extremely poor. Sunderland are 4th, that just further supports the idea that this year's championship is dire.....

10,924 turned up today thats the 2nd most at home this season.

Not even 11,000 laughable.We get more at reserve matches.

Who cares about Wigan fans, to be honest.

Most of the ones we saw were of primary school age, like a lot of clubs in that area. As soon as they're old enough, they bugger off to bigger and better things.

I've seen highlights from almost every game this season, so what's the point in listing almost every club in this league? :)

Wigan was 3,700ish and 3,100ish

Leicesters was 10,100ish and 10,600ish

And for the record... Man Utd's was 36,000, and Arsenals was 28,000ish

Shows that football is increasing in popularity. And that we're still more supported than you, EVEN back then.
