DEFINITELY GIVE IT A GO! Perfect for you mate trying to ditch the last few pounds... I eat a bout a quarter of the meal size I used to AND only eat about once or twice at MOST per day... drink as much as you want as well...as Paul says..."how many fat alcoholics do you see?" best tenner I ever spent!

Ive bought a couple of others of his...all abit too deep some of them, but this one is a piece of peeece... its so simple and you can read it in about 2 hrs, I actually was merely flicking through some other stuff in Smiths, when I glanced upon it and by the time I had paid for it I had nearly read it...so I thought I better pay for it... if I had been canny I would have gone to Amazon or Ebay etc.

The last 3 months have been a mare, and after all the hardwork my weight has stayed more or less contstant (good in one way I suppose) but just wanna get down to the weight goal I set myself a while back!

Not too sure what you mean there, but - just in case - shove it up yours as well. And it depends what you mean by alcoholic. Far too many people drink too much and far too many people are overweight. And there is quite a good overlap.
