Has anyone using LCFC News Alert (the desktop application) been having problems with the sound?

I can hear the intro music, but then it's all so soft you can't make out what they are saying.

I have that problem, you just have to turn your speakers up quite loud to hear it.

of course I have tried that, but it does not seem to be enough.

Have they changed the way they produce them?

Didn't use to have a problem with them...
