Lost in trasition!!!! Happened many a time, It could take atleast 10 days to get a replacement!!! Although I did once get the lost item sent 2 month later hence free PC!!!!!!

They sent me five - yes, 5! - wireless routers when I had in fact ordered (and been billed for/paid for) just one. I had so many routers I didn't know what to do with them.

I can imagine other DELL customers with missing routers... (probably the ones you got!)
