Shum Posted 14 September 2006 Posted 14 September 2006 Former England right-back Danny Mills has joined Hull on a two-month loan deal from Manchester City. The 29-year-old has lost his place at City to Micah Richards, with Hatem Trabelsi providing suitable cover for the England Under-21 defender. Hull chairman Adam Pearson told the Yorkshire Post: "I know Danny from my time at Leeds. It is a big move for us. He has a wealth of experience." Mills joined City in July 2004 on a free transfer from Leeds. He is in line to make his Hull debut in Friday's home match against Sheffield Wednesday. Why can't we sign a couple reserve PL players on loan!!
The People's Hero Posted 14 September 2006 Posted 14 September 2006 I think we've already exceeded our wage budget Shum to we might have to get rid of a few before we can bring anyone in, unless we can convince the PL clubs to pay the wages. Having said that, if we don't start winning games soon, the board might have to re-think all that.
