Carlo Rozza and Victor Cooney were up for? "Biting the heads off black jelly babies in a racially intimidating way" Central Scotland Police brought the brilliant case, albeit aborted, against Ronnie Hutton. Mr. Hutton is a car mechanic. His crime? "Reving his car in a racist manner" Or, how about the man that was arrested by the Thames Valley rozzers for "causing offense and distress to both policeman and his horse". How did he do it? He suggested the police horse might be "gay". Sunday Times
