Stuliasz Posted 11 November 2006 Posted 11 November 2006 Have to say what a dire slow paced game this is. Not that I expected much better. I did not realise how bad Newcastle actually were. Still 0-0 but Man City have had a few decent chances.
Mark Posted 11 November 2006 Posted 11 November 2006 I've said for some time now changes need to be made, bonus points for goals scored or something, I don't know. Last Saturday there wasn't even 10 goals scored, and I won't be surprised if thats the case again today.

If getting 3 points wasn't incentive enough for Newcastle to attack, then they're in bigger trouble than they realize. I don't think extra points would help this game - it's shockingly bad when they run at goal as it is.
lcfc_jme Posted 11 November 2006 Posted 11 November 2006 One of the worst games I've seen in a while. Man City are poor, but Newcastle are making them look decent. Not an inspiring game for the neutral

I reckon that's a fair bet The City fans are unusually quiet today and the Newcastle fans are far from happy atm, with this performance doing little to help please them I think you're gona lose though still
chili_con_carne Posted 11 November 2006 Posted 11 November 2006 Graham Poll has just disallowed yet another goal which should'ave stood. Man city corner - headed by Richards and then headed in by samaras on the far post. Perfectly legal goal considering Richards leaned on his own player not a Newcastle player. Poll the main talking point once again
