holly Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 i get the feeling he might pack it in soon, the way he keeps taking all the blame saying its his fault he picks the team etc.... trouble is he cant take all the blame yes he picks the team BUT he picks the team that does best on the training pitch which u cant argue with, trouble is those people dont go out and perform the way they should which then reflects badly not only on there own ability but also kelly and his managerial decisions! i think he needs to be brave and make some changes, why not stick dodds out there or gradel???? something needs to be changed and i dont think its him
Joe. Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 Gradel maybe yes but from what I hear he is not ready attitude wise. it's big step up to make. Dodds no not yet. I doubt he would make a difference at all. I may be wrong but that's what I think.
Brummie-FOX Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 The decent thing is the guy is being honest, letting the fans know it is his fault. Thats if you think its his fault.. of course..

Thats if you think its his fault.. of course.. i love the fact he is honest, but i think his honesty needs to stretch that bit further and start naming and shaming the players we know who the crap is but i think we need to know who he thinks is bad then that would be great honesty
Thracian Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 Gradel maybe yes but from what I hear he is not ready attitude wise. it's big step up to make. Dodds no not yet. I'm not going to discuss Gradel's merit's as a winger but just as a matter of interest would you explain how Gradel's got the wrong attitude but McCarthy keeps getting picked?
holly Posted 2 December 2006 Author Posted 2 December 2006 I'm not going to discuss Gradel's merit's as a winger but just as a matter of interest would you explain how Gradel's got the wrong attitude but McCarthy keeps getting picked? coz he is captain, u could prob put McCarthys down to, too passionate or am i being kind?? i just wanna see what dodds and gradel can do seeing as when there were acadamy and reserve reports on OS they always got mentioned they clearly have something special so why not give them a chance
Brummie-FOX Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 Thanks for last year Rob. The last few weeks have just been woeful though. As much as I hate slamming managers and joining the ' '' '' OUT! ' Club, Rob.. Time Is Running Out.
Joe. Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 Yep the only reason McCarthy is picked is because he is captain. I haven't a clue why he is captain though. He finds it impossible to lead by example.
JoeyB Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 mcauley isnt as reliable imho i reckon going 3 at the back might be a risk worth taking tho !!!!
Trumpet Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 Thanks for last year Rob. The last few weeks have just been woeful though. As much as I hate slamming managers and joining the ' '' '' OUT! ' Club, Rob.. Time Is Running Out. Top Song!
Brummie-FOX Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 So do we still want a Premiership club in the FA Cup
Joe. Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 So do we still want a Premiership club in the FA Cup I didn't want one anyway. I want a League Two side so that some of the youngsters will play to show kelly what they can do.
DaveyJ Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 So do we still want a Premiership club in the FA Cup If we got one I imagine we'd turn in another uncharacteristically good performance.
Brummie-FOX Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 I still want one We had lost like.. 4-5 games in a row before the visit of Spurs early this year. And we all know the final result.. don't we
Brummie-FOX Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 If we got one I imagine we'd turn in another uncharacteristically good performance. And the go and lose our following game at the Walkers v Luton
Joe. Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 I'd love either Liverpool, Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea or Newcastle away eventually. That would be fantastic
jumbo mills Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 if he does the honourable thing and resign, he will leave with his head held high
JoeyB Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 it would be good but imagine a leicester derby or forest final (dreaming) but that would be ace :D
Brummie-FOX Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 I'd welcome any team home or away from the Premiership excluding Sheff Utd or Reading.
Brummie-FOX Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 if he does the honourable thing and resign, he will leave with his head held high Like Levein almost did. Shame he carried on and lost his last 2-3 games.
