Guest Posted 4 January 2005 Posted 4 January 2005 I feel like the Michelin man's older fatter sister, and it's not because of food; it's alcohol. There is only so much my poor little body can take, and I have decided to go on a detox programme. I intend to stay away from drink for at least 14 days, and hopefully get myself back into shape, improve my running, and hopefully lose some weight. I will keep you posted on my progress and conclusions.

Not a treadmill to be had. How am I supposed to lose weight?

I am a good example of this (although I would like to lose a bit more )
Guest Posted 5 January 2005 Posted 5 January 2005 The gym is already paid for. Katy - I know what you mean!! Give me something to fret over, and the extra weight disappears!!
