lookwhaticando Posted 20 December 2006 Posted 20 December 2006 Gorman exits as Northampton boss John Gorman has resigned as manager of League One club Northampton Town because of personal reasons. Northampton are currently 18th in League One and chairman David Cardoza said: "We are very sorry that John has had to make this decision. "We continue to hold John in the highest regard and we wish him all the very best for the future. "Ian Sampson and Jim Barron will take care of first team affairs as the process begins to find a new manager." BBC Football One for the foxes living in Northants... or the closet Cobblers fans. Perhaps his personal reasons include being lined up for a bigger job in the East Midlands?
