Has anyone else been told to pick their ticket up at Craven Cottage?

I'm getting a bit worried as everyone seems to have been sent their ticket and I was told to pick mine up at the ground

Some people said that it was becasue it was from the second allocation of tickets. Might be because of that. Sorry if this doesn't help.
