cisono Posted 24 January 2007 Posted 24 January 2007 I cannot speak for cisono on this matter, but in all honesty, I have no idea what you're on about. I'll have you know that I am one of the most innocent people on this forum I'll have to agree with that...
Wils Posted 24 January 2007 Posted 24 January 2007 Yes. They'd see you coming a mile away, you'd be blown. You need a better excuse. I suggest a broken leg after slipping on some ice. I recommend you actually a break a leg for realism. That'd be a sound way of not working for a little while. Im not sure about that, maybe a broken arm or something would be better. Bollocks it,everyone else calls in sick when there not,why cant i!!

lcfc_jme Posted 24 January 2007 Posted 24 January 2007 I'll have to agree with that... I think my absence from the forum not too long ago, and my (until recently) limited appearances in General Chat stopped lwicd and co. from completely corrupting me He's an evil being on this forum. Completely 1-track-minded, encouraging people to break bones, lots of erotic innuendo and posting pictures of half naked women. Evil.

When you put it that way... well done for avoiding being corrupted in such an evil manner!
lcfc_jme Posted 25 January 2007 Posted 25 January 2007 When you put it that way... well done for avoiding being corrupted in such an evil manner! Thanks I like to think I did a good job in avoiding lwicds clutches, and also a good job of avoiding temptation. It was hard work but well worth it - I have turned out just fine

lookwhaticando Posted 25 January 2007 Posted 25 January 2007 Excuse me people, but the self-congratulatory thread is ---> that way --->
cisono Posted 25 January 2007 Posted 25 January 2007 Excuse me people, but the self-congratulatory thread is ---> that way ---> this is not self-congratulation but rather statement of fact...
lcfc_jme Posted 25 January 2007 Posted 25 January 2007 Excuse me people, but the self-congratulatory thread is ---> that way ---> As cisono said - this is statement of fact and I am stating, as fact with backup from cisono, that I have done well to resist your evil powers of corruption. And it has been very impressive up until now I can also categorically state as fact right now that it currently is not snowing where I am either. Not good at all.
lookwhaticando Posted 25 January 2007 Posted 25 January 2007 Launching this thread back onto the right trajectory, here's an image from a particularly rough snow-storm we had mid December 2005. The heavy snowfall caused all kinds of problems. OCTranspo, the bus company, has about 600 buses in active service... including about 250 of the articulated buses in the photo above. On that day a total of 107 buses got stuck around the city in the snow, including about 60 or so of the articulated type used on the heaviest routes. Four inches of snow had fallen by 6:00am that morning, and that's when the trouble began. Total snowfall for the day was twelve inches. That photo was actually taken on the other side of the river - Hull, Quebec (sits opposite Ottawa - the capital - over the Ottawa River).
cisono Posted 25 January 2007 Posted 25 January 2007 It's -2 in Leicester rightn ow according to my Firefox extension. No snow today please!!!!
Wils Posted 25 January 2007 Posted 25 January 2007 Err Snow everywhere here Starting to go now though, didnt stop me from getting to work though
