Just something where I can keep customers organised, record sales, visits, conversations, make mailshots, e-shots etc. Currently I use Outlook, which has its limitations. I used ACT at some other companies, and it is great but as it is only me needing it, (and sometimes my boss), I don't want to spend any cash if I can help it!

Not sure about the interoperability with other formats. As to the other freeware above, I don't see any customer/project related ones?
drew Posted 30 January 2007 Posted 30 January 2007 You can get a single licence for ACT for about £170.00. If it saves yout time it saves money so well worth in the investment.
