So hypothetically a super wealthy person could write a cheque for 500m investment whilst in L1 and use that funding in the Championship and EPL. In essence a L1 club with infrastructure is more attractive than a Championship one that is limited by PSR rules. I need that Matt le Tissier meme, makes you think.

Agree with this, our argument will likely be along these lines, you can't change rules then apply them mid cycle. The EPL and EFL can change the rules whenever they like, but they should only be applied for the next cycle of measurement that they want the rules to apply to. It's a bit embarrassing, but despite our clubs owners and board being complete clowns they may still have a case, which kinda makes the EPL and EFL look even worse.

I packed in last year after 20 seasons, not been back this year. Don't miss match days, the environment became increasingly toxic, i'd rather not be a part of it or experience it.

There will definitely be clubs who profile players behaviour and attitude when looking at new signings. Would we have signed Fofana and El Khannouss knowing what we know now about their attitude?

I can't fathom why any team in the EPL would buy VK after his honking performances last season.
