So this could be a master plan to off load the club in L1 or sheer incompetence..... i know which one i'm choosing -

So hypothetically a super wealthy person could write a cheque for 500m investment whilst in L1 and use that funding in the Championship and EPL. In essence a L1 club with infrastructure is more attractive than a Championship one that is limited by PSR rules. I need that Matt le Tissier meme, makes you think. -

Never in a month of Sundays will that happen with the clowns in charge of this circus. -
She can still be pulled in if the trading periods under scrutiny falls during her tenure. The insolvency service came after me for a 6 week window where I was still a director of a company that started to fail due to the owner having a breakdown. I knew at the time i should have backdated my resignation, but hey ho, i fought them and won.

Rowett will get nothing from this lot, the rot is so deep it's too far gone. From literally Top to bottom it's diseased and in terminal decline.

Agree with this, our argument will likely be along these lines, you can't change rules then apply them mid cycle. The EPL and EFL can change the rules whenever they like, but they should only be applied for the next cycle of measurement that they want the rules to apply to. It's a bit embarrassing, but despite our clubs owners and board being complete clowns they may still have a case, which kinda makes the EPL and EFL look even worse.

Not renewing my season ticket: I cannot be only one

I packed in last year after 20 seasons, not been back this year. Don't miss match days, the environment became increasingly toxic, i'd rather not be a part of it or experience it. -
If he can inspire mediocrity until the end of the season then i'll take that!

Lives outside Great Easton. See him in Uppingham occasionally.

A high quality dynamic DOF who actually has a clue what they're doing would be the signing of a decade. We piss money up the wall on honking signings, how about getting in someone who knows what they're doing instead. I'm starting to think that Rudkin knows where the skeletons are buried.

Owner of Al Duhail SC - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khalifa_bin_Hamad_Al_Thani_(born_1991) Some under the table dealings?
-
There will definitely be clubs who profile players behaviour and attitude when looking at new signings. Would we have signed Fofana and El Khannouss knowing what we know now about their attitude?
-
I can't fathom why any team in the EPL would buy VK after his honking performances last season.

Besiktas confirm they are close to signing Wilfred Ndidi

Good deal for all concerned. -
I suspect the fee we got will be trousered by Coady to offset the lower wage he's likely to be on at Wrexham.

I don't see a leader in any area of the club. Leadership starts from Top and flows down into every facet, the club doesn't appear aligned internally and it sure as hell isn't aligned with the fans. A huge shift in mentality at board level is required, that likely means a new board...

The challenge could be that applying a rule during a cycle of three years could be a problem for the EFL, you have to allow for the cycle of three years to wash through before the rule can be applied. Otherwise they could just arbitrarily say that actually you need to make a profit now and based on the last three years its impossible. I've had a few beers, i guess what i mean is that this "shouldn't" apply until 2027/2028 season.

My local team won the league on Saturday, genuinely a much more pleasurable experience, drinking outside the clubhouse watching 1st play 2nd for the league title. A great afternoon. I'll be sticking some sponsorship in next season and will spend more time there.

Cancelled, my wife and I are done after 20+ years.

The minimal level of effort that these players are putting in is unprecedented. I'm truly shocked

Payback for Vardy breaking his record, won't go until its 11 straight defeats.
